Is nothing more satisfying than to know that there are people that appreciate the work we do and nothing more satisfying then knowing that you did your best and that your client was please with your work, I will post this letter here for you to read&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;A few months ago I decided the market was right to start looking for a home to purchase.  I looked online and found a couple of properties I wanted to see in person.  I contacted an agent whose name was listed.  That agent promised to call me back the following week but never did. I contacted another agent who was also unavailable and gave me very little information.  While waiting for someone to call me back,  I continued to look online and found an appealing property.  I decided&lt;br /&gt;to drive by it and saw it  was actually was very attractive on the outside.   I really wanted to see it inside right away. The listing agent was Roberto Gonzalez.  I called Roberto and asked to see the property, expecting to have to wait a couple of days or more, based on my previous experiences.  A friendly helpful voice&lt;br /&gt;came on the line, and Roberto said "Sure, how about meeting me there in an hour or so"?  Right there I suspected I had finally found the right person to help me find my new home.  Well,  I did not end up with that house, but I did find my new home eventually. Throughout the process of looking at properties, writing a contract and purchasing my home, Roberto could not have been more pleasant, helpful or knowledgeable.  He always returned my calls promptly.  He always managed to meet me at properties to view within short period of time.  He was able to answer every question I threw at him and if he needed to get back to me for anything I knew that I could count on him to do that and to be very thorough.  He was exceedingly professional, patient and pleasant, willing to explain things to me&lt;br /&gt;repeatedly if necessary.   When the negotiations got tense, he handled everything calmly and expertly and saved me money on the deal.   I have never written a review on a real estate agent before, but my experience with Roberto Gonzalez as my agent has inspired me to do so. I think YES, I recently have a listing that make me realize how important is the feeling of a home, and I have experience a very peaceful one, as I enter the home, this feeling of peace, very pleasant, very open, even when the house was small, the atmosphere was terrific, I noticed a center fire place in the family room, the colors throughout the house where all earth, it is like everything was in perfect harmony with all the pieces in the walls as well as  furniture, nothing fancy, just simple, them the owner ask me if I ever hear about Feng Shui, so my answer was no, and she explain to me in great detail all she has done to the house, we have 5 showings , and everyone said they love it, we got a contract in lass than 30 days, do you think this can be  possible? Well, I do, so now my first advice to my sellers is to rearrange some things in the house as well as to get different colors, first &lt;/i&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;LESS IS MORE &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;i&gt;do not overdo with personal touches. Certain infestations, including bed bugs, may constitute an unacceptable condition, Generally, landlords are legally required to contract with a licensed pest control operator. so we have to hire one, it is a long process that can take weeks and even months, and only with the full cooperation from tenants, and even them is not with a promise that the problem will end, normally because tenants don't comply with everything that needs to be done in order to treat the premises properly, here is a list of things to do.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Because bed bugs and other pests may spread through cracks and holes in the walls, ceilings and floors, it is wise to inspect adjoining apartments on the same floor as well as those directly above and below. &lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;1: &lt;b&gt;All bed&lt;/b&gt; linens need to be removed and laundered&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;2: &lt;b&gt;All beds&lt;/b&gt; should remain stripped&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;3: &lt;b&gt;Mattresses&lt;/b&gt; and box springs need removed from bad frame since the frame will need treated. In addition, undersides of box spring and mattress' will be inspected as necessary, Mattresses and box springs can be permanently encased within special mattress bags&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;4: &lt;b&gt;All closets&lt;/b&gt; need to be emptied and clothing laundered&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;5: &lt;b&gt;All furniture&lt;/b&gt; needs to be moved at least 3 feet from the walls&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;6: &lt;b&gt;Furniture&lt;/b&gt; needs to be available for inspection and possible treatment&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;7: &lt;b&gt;Heavily&lt;/b&gt; infested mattresses must be discarded and wrap with plastic to avoid spreading to other areas&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:  &lt;b&gt;Dresser&lt;/b&gt; drawers need to be emptied, dressers and emptied drawers will be treated&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;9&lt;b&gt;:  Carpets&lt;/b&gt; may need to be pulled for treatment to cracks and crevices&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;10: &lt;b&gt;Reduce clutter&lt;/b&gt; to limit hiding places for bed bugs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;11: &lt;b&gt;Thoroughly clean&lt;/b&gt; the infested rooms as well as others in the residence&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;12: &lt;b&gt;Caulk and seal all holes&lt;/b&gt; where pipes and wires penetrate walls and floor, and fill cracks around baseboards and cove moldings to further reduce harborages&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;After all this is done repeated treatments need to be performed regularly in order to keep this resilient bug away!!!!
